I cleared the profit target on a 50k Express to Live (E2L) account by $700. The E2L account has zero consistency rules and no minimum trading days. Despite this, my payout request has been pending for over 20 hours, and my internal support ticket has been completely ignored for 17+ hours. They are not respecting their own rules. They allow people to trade from the same IP. We are two brothers that have same IP, same address and of course same last name. We haven't even exceed the max of 15 accounts. I have onky two premium accounts a d my brother has no active account at the moment.
