1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. We may modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Free Account Claims

• Each user is eligible for one (1) free account claim per firm per calendar month after passing, and up to two (2) free account claims per firm per calendar month after receiving a payout.
• Claims are only valid for purchases made after approval of the claim. Purchases made prior to approval will not qualify.
• Only eligible partner firms actively displaying the promotional offer on our platform qualify for free account claims.
• Users must provide complete and accurate information, including order confirmation and proof of purchase using the WISE code.
• Incomplete submissions or failure to provide the required documentation will result in automatic rejection of the claim.
• The free account is issued only as a code. No reimbursements, credits, or cashback of any kind will be provided.

3. Payout Protection

• Payout Protection covers traders whose payouts have been unfairly denied by a partnered firm.
• PropFirmWise provides Payout Protection as a reassurance, based on our thorough evaluation of each partner firm's business model. We only collaborate with firms that demonstrate strong integrity and sustainable operations, making the likelihood of an unfair payout denial virtually zero.
• Payout Protection is only valid for firms that display the official Payout Protection badge on our platform.
• In the event an issue does arise, and upon submission of a valid claim with supporting evidence, PropFirmWise will mediate directly with the partner firm to seek a fair resolution.
• If mediation is unsuccessful, PropFirmWise may, at its sole discretion, compensate the user directly up to a maximum of $500.
• Payout Protection applies only to verified accounts purchased using the WISE code, and is limited to one protection claim per payout incident.
• Payouts from LIVE accounts are not covered under Payout Protection. Protection applies exclusively to evaluation and funded/simulated accounts offered by our partner firms.

4. General Conditions

• PropFirmWise reserves the right to verify, modify, or reject any claim that does not meet the stated requirements.
• Participation in these programs implies acceptance of these terms in full.
• Abuse, falsification of documents, or multiple unauthorized claims may result in permanent disqualification from all PropFirmWise programs.
• These terms are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is." Prop Firm Wise and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not a broker or financial advisor. Trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors. Any decisions to buy, sell, hold, or trade in securities and other investments involve risk and are best made based on the advice of qualified financial professionals.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Prop Firm Wise, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data. Prop Firm Wise shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the service in any way that could damage the Site, the services, or the general business of Prop Firm Wise. This includes refraining from submitting fraudulent claims or attempting to manipulate our reward system.
